One of the first types of mods that tend to be made for Bethesda games is nude mods, but they’re usually for female bodies. At last, a nude mod for male bodies in Starfield has been released.

Besides the fact that female nude mods tend to be more popular, and as such get the attention of modders earlier, rudimental ones can be made simply by removing the clothes and painting the naughty bits on the textures.

A mod for male bodies requires proper 3D modeling work for obvious reasons (unless you want to be Ken), so it tends to be tackled much later. Yet, thanks to Nexus Mods user Allnarta, players who have a character using Body Type 1 can now proudly channel their inner streaker in downtown New Atlantis.

The mod is titled “Robert S Male Body Replacer” and can be downloaded on Nexus Mods. If the name sounds familiar, it’s because it’s based on the popular Robert Male Body Replacer for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion by Robert2.

At the moment, it includes the following features:

  • Male body replacer with high-quality topology, good proportions, realistic human anatomy, and smooth weighting.
  • High-quality textures.
  • Working basic morphs (subject to improvement, but not that bad already).

Further updates are also planned:

  • Improving weight morphs.
  • Redoing normal maps completely to both remove seams and improve details.
  • Vanilla outfits adaptations.
  • More options for textures (hairy, etc.).

Allnarta mentions that the mod is still not 100% polished because they live in Ukraine, with the real possibility of being left without electricity for days in the near future. They decided to release it in the current form so that other modders can utilize it.

Allnarta is a veteran of the modding scene and is known for having created similar mods for Fallout 3, Fallout 4, and Fallout New Vegas.

Starfield is currently available for PC and Xbox Series X|S, and you can get it at no additional cost with Game Pass. Of course, mods are exclusively for the PC version at least until Bethesda implements official mod support in early 2024.

If temporarily playing without mods doesn’t bother you, you can grab a copy for Xbox Series X|S on Amazon.

The game has been rather successful, with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella recently revealing that Starfield has passed 11 million players. It has also taken the top of Circana’s (formerly NPD’s) sales charts for the month of September.
