Not only are there a plethora of accessories you can customize the characters with in Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, but there are multiple unique costumes, so what are the best ones?
For most of these costumes, you’ll need to spend hard-earned Ryo to purchase them, so you should focus on the coolest looking ones. Continue reading to find out the best costumes in this Naruto game.
Naruto X Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections: Best character costumes
In no particular order, I’ve found some of the few amazing costumes in Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections available for at least more than one character. While there are some incredible stand-alone costumes, most of them come in variations for multiple characters. Let’s dive into this list.

TV Anime 20th Anniversary Costume
Both Naruto and Sasuke have their own versions of this costume, each with cool masks on the side of their heads and beautiful robes. Unfortunately, these are the only two versions of these costumes, but they do come in a few different colors.
I honestly think they’re the best costumes for these versions of Naruto and Sasuke (Tailed Beast Bomb and Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan respectively). They’re highly detailed, and I love the look of the masks on each of them.
Warrior
You can find a Warrior costume for Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura. Each are highly different from each other. Sasuke has headgear that pushes back his hair, and his armor looks like it provides much protection.
Naruto’s is the most decked-out version with an incredible helmet and multiple swords on his back. You then have Sakura, who has a beautifully-designed cherry blossom outfit, while her hair is pulled up with a bandana across her forehead. They each have three color schemes available.
Suit
While the Suits are quite simple, they’re fun to play around with once in awhile. Many characters have a Suit, such as Naruto, Sasuke, Shikamaru, and Sai. While they don’t offer many colors, they’re still fancy and worth purchasing, if you’re into them.
White Robe
The few White Robe costumes available don’t exactly look like what you may think they’d look like, judging by their title. They’re available in a few colors, but the design is pretty interesting.
You’ve got the swirling design in the middle, and the four colorful straps that go around the body. You can get this for Naruto, Gaara, and even Utakata and Fuu.
Summer Clothes
Is the battlefield getting too warm? Why not wear some fun Summer Clothes! For the ladies of Naruto, you can purchase them adorable Summer Clothes that look different for each character.
Tenten has a crop top and a skirt, Sakura’s got a wrap and an opened button down, while Hinata has jean shorts and a straw hat. As they all do, there are different colors for each.
School
Although these are also simple attire, I like the variations between characters. The School costumes come in few colors, but they’re available to characters like Kakashi, Naruto, Sasuke, and even Ino.
Kakashi is wearing a mask and suspenders, and Ino has a tyipcal schoolgirl uniform. Naruto, on the other hand, is quite stylish with a long jacket and a white button down.
The Perfect Day for a Wedding
Based off of the arc where Naruto and Hinata get married, some of the girls have outfits from those episodes. You’ve got Ino in her long skirt and sleeveless top, Sakura is a nice summer dress, and Tenten in a long elegant gown.
As usual, they come in a few color variations. It’s nice to see callbacks to arcs and episodes you may not have thought to see in the costumes.
