OG Fortnite‘s second round of weekly quests is here, bringing in more rewards and Spectra Knight customization pieces.

This second week we have another round of six quests, which will help feed some XP into your OG pass.

Below you can find each quest, as well as our recommended method of clearing them:

Damage opponents with SMGs:

Weapon-specific challenges are always some of the hardest ones, as they make you leave your comfort zone loadout.

Thankfully, SMGs are not that difficult to deal damage with, as they have some excellent burst capacity. The best way to attempt this challenge is to use a high rarity SMG and sneak up on players.

Thankfully, the damage required for the challenge is cumulative, so there’s no need to do it all in one match, it’s just a matter of keeping at it.

Travel distance in vehicles:

Vehicles are often used as a last resort in Fortnite due to how loud and obvious they are. It’s almost always better to walk around by yourself, but this doesn’t mean they don’t have their uses.

If you still didn’t complete week 1’s quests, for example, you could probably clear the Discover named locations quest easily while driving around.

Regain health or shields by consuming produce:

Even in Fortnite you’ll be forced to eat healthy sometimes, but it’s alright, since this one is an easy challenge.

All you have to do is land on Fatal Fields and start foraging for some vegetables, as that specific area of the map is full of food. Just play around like normal, healing/restoring shields whenever needed, and you’ll most likely complete this one in a single match.

Collect weapons of Rare or greater rarity:

High rarity weapons can be a pain to find sometimes, but it’s definitely not an impossible task.

The best way to deal with this challenge is to take out other players, as the chance that they are carrying high rarity weapons increases exponentially as the match goes on.

If that sounds too daunting, then searching for loot drops is also a viable way of clearing the challenge.

Eliminate enemy players:

This week is definitely featuring some tough challenges, with this one being the toughest of them all.

Honestly, there isn’t really a good tip for this one, aside from generally just playing the game as best as you can.

Riding the battle bus until the end with the AFK players could also net you some extra kills, but the best way to clear the challenge is to just go and get your hands dirty.

Thank the bus driver:

This one is a freebie, all you have to do is press the taunt button while waiting inside of the Battle Bus. Definitely the easiest challenge this week.

Completing all Week 2 quests rewards players with a standard icon, as well as a different outfit pattern and alternative helmet for the modular Spectra Knight skin. It’s safe to say we are finally getting into the cool rewards now.

Fortnite is available and free-to-play on Windows PC, Mac (both via the official website and Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X.
