Today, developer Kumobius pushed out an anniversary update (via @killercow) for the excellent Duet Game ($2.99) to celebrate its original launch. This update, revealed in our forum thread, adds an optional in app purchase for the new Soliloquy story. There is also an endless Soliloquy mode for everyone. The paid story has a new mechanic, 30 new stages with a new narrative, new music from Tim shiel, and Jojo Petrina voicing the story. The excellent and gorgeous twitchy and extremely challenging arcade game was always worth playing, but today’s 10th anniversary update is a great excuse to try it out or return to the game. If you haven’t gotten it yet, you can buy Duet Game on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. The game is a $2.99 purchase on iOS but free to start on Android. I don’t have it on Android to verify, but on iOS, you can grab both the old and new additional chapter DLC as $0.99 purchases. You should read our original review of the game on iOS here. If you want a blast from the past, check out our forum thread for it here. If you played Duet Game>/em> 10 years ago, what are your thoughts on this DLC?
