THQ Nordic has officially announced that its upcoming survival strategy game, Last Train Home is now scheduled for release on November 28th, on PC via Steam. Last Train Home is also taking part in this month’s Steam Next Fest, offering a taste of its thrilling content with a newly released demo. Accompanying this announcement is a brand-new trailer, showcasing cinematic sequences and a sneak peek at its gameplay.
Developed by Ashborne Games, Last Train Home introduces a compelling narrative that depicts the experiences of the Czechoslovak Legion and their valiant fight on behalf of the Entente powers during World War I. In this game, players will embark on a desperate mission, guiding Czechoslovak soldiers back home onboard an armored train through a dangerous war-torn wasteland.
Amidst a brutal civil war between Russia’s Red and White Armies, players must deploy their squads and complete diverse objectives in a series of real-time missions. They must use every skill at their disposal to safeguard their troops and complete their mission, all while keeping their units in fighting shape by managing resources and maintaining morale at all costs. Through careful training and development, players will be able to transform their squads into seasoned legions of comrades, brothers, and sisters, ready to face any challenge that comes their way in Last Train Home.
