EA has dropped the first title update for EA FC 24 ahead of the game’s full release this Friday, although the patch notes are, as it currently stands, very slight.
The first entry away from the FIFA name was noted for some bugs in our EA FC 24 review, so we’re pleased to hear that EA aren’t wasting any time in fixing outstanding issues. The patch is now live on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. The bad news is that there aren’t that many notes to speak of. According to a tweet from the official EA Sports FC Direct Communication account, TU notes are “now available on the EASFC Tracker and in-game under the FC Live main menu tab.” However, when we went to check the EASFC Tracker here the patch notes section is currently blank, and in-game currently gives the same information as the tweet.
Rest assured, we’ll let you know should those notes be update and inform you of the changes as soon as we do – but the stability fixes are surely a good starting point and will go some way to fix issues with the game. Here’s what EA have said so far:
EA FC 24 Title Update 1 patch notes
- Title Update #1 is now available for PC/PS4/PS5/XB1/XBSX|S versions of EA SPORTS FC 24 and will address stability issues that could have impacted some players.
Hopefully, more fixes are around the corner. The team has also flagged an issue impacting the Ada Hegerberg Player Item in Ultimate Team. Anyone who had this item in their active squad was unable to start a match until it was removed. As a temporary measure, players who had the item have now had their drafts reset and have been provided with a Draft Token in game until a proper fix can be made.
