The top two teams in each group qualify for the quarterfinals, which will be held from July 16 to 19.

The final will be played on July 27 in Basel, which, along with St. Jacobs Park, has the largest of the eight stadiums at the European Cup. Other venues, depending on size, are located in Bern, Geneva, Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne, Sitten and Thun.
