Jonas Siegenthaler, 4 blocks, 15:59 TOI
Timo Meier is blocked

The New Jersey Devils lost again for the first time in three straight games. The team lost 0-3 at home to the St. Louis Blues due to Timo Meyer's suspension. Nico Hischier had another stellar performance as the Devils won the game, but couldn't beat Blues goalie Jordan Binnington.

This time, Jonas Siegenthaler had a bad night. The Zurich defender was on ice in each of the three goals conceded.

Tampa Bay-Washington 4:5

Janis Moser, 2 blocks, 1 check, 18:13 TOI

One of the weirdest moments of the NHL season so far happened during the Tampa Bay Lightning's game against the Washington Capitals. Washington goalie Charlie scored a wild own goal. The 30-year-old had the puck in his hands in front of his own goal, but instead of passing it behind the goal like he normally would, he knocked the puck into his own net.

With just over 12 minutes left in the game and Tampa leading 4-3, Brayden Point had a hat trick and a goal. However, Swiss defender Janis Moser's side failed to take the lead as time expired. John Carloson and Tom Wilson turned the tables for the Capitals in the final third.

Los Angeles-Winnipeg 4:1

Kevin Fiala (LAK), 1 goal, 4 shots, 15:46 TOI
Nino Niederreiter (WPG), 2 shots, 15:20 TOI

St. Gallen's Kevin Fiala is going through a difficult phase at the moment. The 28-year-old forward had a stellar start to the season but has managed just one point in his past eight games.

Against the Winnipeg Jets, he ended a long goal drought and scored for the first time since early November in a 3-1 win at the start of the final third. Nino Niederreiter, on the other hand, was still pale. The Winnipeg Jets remain atop the Western Conference despite suffering their fifth loss of the season.

Pittsburgh-Vancouver 5:4

Pius Suter, 1 goal, 3 shots, 17:09 TOI

The Vancouver Canucks woke up too late against the Pittsburgh Penguins. After 24 minutes, they were already trailing 5-1 in Pittsburgh. Pius Suter started the counterattack 2:5 after 34 minutes.

But despite the Canucks getting closer again with the help of Quinn Hughes and Elias Pettersson, the comeback was no longer successful.

Nashville-Philadelphia 2:3nV

Roman Josi, 1 goal, 4 shots, 3 blocks, 26:33 TOI

Despite Roman Josi's personal success, he left the ice as a loser. Joshi opened the scoring in the 7th minute of the Nashville Predators' 3-2 loss to the Philadelphia Flyers.

But Nashville fell behind 2-2 with 12 seconds left and then lost in overtime.

Chicago-Dallas 6:2

Filip Kurashev, 1 assist, 2 shots, 16:13 TOI

The Chicago Blackhawks put an exclamation point. The team with Swiss Philippe Kurashev defeated the Dallas Stars 6-2, handing the Red Lanterns in the Western Conference to Nashville. Only 16 seconds into the game, Kurashev took the shot and the home team took the lead. (Abu/Sudan Development Authority)
