Champions League: Manchester City loses 0-3, Bayern beats Paris Saint-Germain

The air in the Champions League is getting a little thinner for PSG. The Ligue 1 champions lost 0-1 away to Bayern Munich in the fifth round. Manchester City lost 0-3.

Manuel Akanji represented Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League for the 53rd time, becoming the record for a Swiss player to appear in this competition. German champions Bayer Leverkusen performed better than league rivals Leipzig and beat fellow Red Bull club Salzburg 5-0. Just half an hour later, two goals from Florian Wirtz made it 3-0. Granit Xhaka's side currently have 10 points and are expected to reach the knockout rounds.
