Katie Price confused her fans by sharing a photo of the twins on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, as she prepares to star in a Channel 4 documentary about her intravenous struggles.
The former glamor model, 46, captured her newborn twins, one dressed in a pink onesie and the other in a gray one.
Although their faces were not visible, she could be seen gently placing her hand on the chicks.
It's unclear whose children they are, but not his sister Sophie, who revealed she is pregnant with a baby girl in July.
Her update comes after Katy sparked concern among fans earlier in the day when she looked slimmer while modeling a stylish cardigan for an Instagram clip.

But TV exclusively told MailOnline that her drastic weight loss was the result of a new gym regime after sparking concern from fans.
The internet star had her fans rushing to comment after she modeled a burgundy sweater dress, again promoting her friend's clothing brand, JYY London.

Following the concern, a rep told MailOnline: 'Katie has always been petite and has recently enjoyed going to the gym and exercising, which is beneficial for her overall wellbeing.
Modeling the outfit and posing in a black sports bra, she gave her fans a 50 percent discount for beauty and collagen brand Rejuven 8. She makes “millions” despite being bankrupt.
It was none other than Katie's ex Carl Woods who confirmed that the star was present at the filming of her IVF documentary earlier this month.
The Celebrity Big Brother sensation previously let the cameras continue her journey to have a baby with ex Carl Woods, 35, before splitting in 2023.
Karl said he and Katie had chosen A Magazine together as a surrogate mother, before they split, and suggested moving to Cyprus.
Fans were quick to comment after the former glamor model modeled a tiny cardigan dress on Instagram (L, just in 2023).
In the clip, Katy struts for the camera in a pair of cowboy boots.

Now, judging by her recent trip to Cyprus, insiders believe Katie recently took a trip to the island with her boyfriend. “JJ Slater has a 'top-secret baby-making mission'”.
According to Closer, a source said: 'Katie and JJ met with specialists at the IVF clinic who told her there was a chance of having children, despite her low egg quality and her age.
“She has exhausted all IVF attempts and channels in the UK and hopes this will be the start of expanding her family.”
Carl said the model's current situation reflects her “parrot style,” but “with a different partner.”
He said: 'I don't think she cares who she has a baby with until she has a baby. In that situation, it doesn't matter who… it doesn't matter.
'It could be me, it could be Benami, it could be JJ. Until she had a baby. To some extent, I'm sure I would treat any partner like a sperm donor.
A fly on the wall documentary featuring all of Katy's children is said to air next year, but TV insiders have said JJ won't appear.
A source told the Mirror: “Katie will embark on a difficult and unsuccessful journey to become a mother again.
'She encounters many obstacles and ups and downs in her path. The project will shed light on the struggles faced by women trying to conceive before the age of 40.

The Only Fans star previously revealed to MailOnline that she had experienced three failed rounds of IVF over the past year, adding: “My eggs are so old I'm going to get a donor egg.”
Katie already has son Harvey, 22, with former footballer Dwight Yorke, son Junior, 19, daughter Princess, 17, with first husband Peter Andre and son Jed, 10, and a daughter Bunny, nine, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.
The TV personality previously told Olivia Attwood on her podcast: 'People need to understand that it doesn't matter if I act young or if I'm young, your body is still 46 years old, your eggs are shrinking and they're getting older and harder.'
Loose Women and Love Island star Olivia asked: 'But are you sure you want another one?'
Katie replied: 'Or two. It happens one way. I don't know how or better, I try.'
