'Honestly, with everything else going on, the only thing I wanted to focus on was my health. I've wanted to lose weight for a while and a few months ago I decided it was time to take action, so I followed this plan!
Anthony added: 'As a working parent, the last thing I want to think about is preparing my meals and worrying about my calories.
'That's why the muscle diet weight loss program is a lifesaver! I picked out the meals and snacks I wanted for the next week and they delivered everything to me. It couldn't be easier!'

Earlier this year, Blue finally got to see the funny side of their bad luck at Eurovision, which saw them split behind Irish double act, Jedward.
The group represented England in 2011 and performed a stunning performance of I Can, a song written by band members Lee Ryan and Duncan James.
However, they managed to avoid the dreaded zero points and finished in a respectable 11th place, which was not the victory they were hoping for, as they claimed at the time. If they lose, they will 'settle'.
The defeat was no doubt made even sadder by the fact that they were beaten by X Factor double act Jedward, who never achieved chart success like Blue.
However, the group was not as successful in their progress as Lee, Duncan and others. Simon Webb and Anthony performed at the London Palladium in April.
The group reformed this year for their Greatest Hits tour and the group joked about their time at Eurovision with MailOnline for an audience performance.
Duncan, 45, turned to Anthony on stage and asked him to tell him what date, month and city they had performed: May 14, 2011 in Düsseldorf.
Then, before continuing with '11th', 'Who finished 10th?' To which Antonio paused, looked at the crowd, and responded, “Jedward.”
The crowd burst into laughter as Duncan smiled and moved quickly, “Well, anyway…”
Blue also reflected on her busy schedule to prepare for Eurovision, which Azerbaijan L and Nicki ultimately won with their ballad Running Scared.
The band formed in 2000 and released three studio albums titled All Rise, One Love and Guilty.

After announcing a hiatus in 2004, Duncan, Anthony, Lee and Simon released their debut compilation album, Best of Blue.
The group first reunited in January 2011 and represented the United Kingdom in that year's Eurovision Song Contest, placing 11th after performing I Can in Düsseldorf.
They released two more studio albums, their fourth Roulette in 2013 and their fifth Colors in 2015.
In 2013, they performed alongside groups such as Liberty X, Atomic Kitten and 5ive as part of The Big Reunion.
