The holiday is said to have shocked Eamonn's ex-wife Ruth, four months after the former golden couple announced they were getting a divorce.
The Northern Irish presenter has opened up about her new relationship with the couple, who will spend two holidays together during the summer.
In May it was revealed that Eman and Ruth had separated and divorced after 14 years of marriage. Cracks began to appear in their relationship and they were not photographed together for two years.
Katie met Eamonn on X in 2015 and sparked a conversation after he commented on a post.

Costley is known for her tough approach to divorce settlements and has said that all women should have a “come back” fund when they leave a relationship, according to The Sun.
The divorce lawyer apprenticed with 'Steel Magnolia' Baroness Fiona Shackleton, Britain's highest-profile divorce lawyer who represented Charles during his separation from Diana in 1996.
Baroness Shackleton has also worked with A-list stars including Paul McCartney, Liam Gallagher and Madonna, and in 2008 was dealt with in court by an angry Heather Mills while representing the Beatles legend during the couple's divorce.
