The presenter, 40, accessorised her body with a pair of white slip-on heels and pinned a chunky white headband to the top of her head to complete her chic ensemble.
Race regular Kate flaunted her stunning features with a high-glam make-up palette as she posed for the cameras.
Kate has a long-standing interest in horse racing, being the daughter of horse trainer Guy Waterhouse and bookmaker Robbie Waterhouse.
Meanwhile, Grace, 22, put on a leggy display in a strapless white minidress with a bubble skirt.
She added a few extra inches with a pair of white heels.

The 12 fastest horses compete over 1200 meters at Randwick Racecourse for a chance to win a prize of $20,000,000.
Following tradition, participants were encouraged to dress in light blue and white with bright colors.
Grace has been seen with Wilson in recent weeks, and they looked very comfortable during a sighting in June.

Grace and Wilson first revealed their romance at Randwick Races on April 6 and were spotted holding hands in a Sydney pub a month later.
Wilson's parents, Daniel and David, own and run Sundown Pastoral Company.
His empire spans more than 70,000 hectares in Queensland and northern New South Wales.
