He added: “That first episode, I mean, to say I had my pants on is an understatement. “These last few weeks have been tough energetically.
'I've hit a few walls along the way, which is to be expected from someone who sits on a stool for a living. I guess you could say that to stand up is to feel afraid and do it.
'I accept the madness. I mean, I made peace with looking like an idiot, so I said, 'Dress me whatever you want, paint me whatever color you want, throw me out.'

It comes after Chris revealed he had been giving a secret signal to his partner Dion during Strictly Live.
He said hugging Dion tightly as they headed into another week.
The reason he does this is to give you time to sort out your emotions and not cry on TV.
“In the end I hug you very tightly to make sure I'm not going to cry on TV,” he said.
He added of how the show moves him: “The relief that comes with it, you're so ecstatic at the end, and then the audience reaction, it's so much, we're licking our lips a little bit.”

In a clip shared on Tuesday, Diane said, “We survived another week,” to which Chris asked, “Well, why did we survive another D-week?”

Chris recently revealed his partner Dion Buswell's secret signal during a live Strictly Come Dancing show on Instagram.

Dion said: 'Chris is very emotional today. One thing he does every time is he hugs me really tight because you tell him to.
“At the end I hug you really tight to make sure you don't cry on TV,” Chris added. “The relief of going through that, the audience's reaction to seeing you so ecstatic at the end, it's a lot, it's a bit lip-smacking for us.
'I held you until I knew I could talk and then at the weekend the support from people was overwhelming. You did great too.'
Dion added: 'Thank you. You know we both did an amazing job and you know beyond that we have another beautiful dance this week that I'm really excited about. Quite general. I'm proud of you.'
