The first day of Britain's Got Talent Blackpool auditions has already sparked backlash as one of the scenes was re-filmed.
Judge Amanda Holden appeared in a spirited video from her first day of filming in the city after pressing her golden buzzer.
In the clip, shared on BGT's Instagram account, she said: 'It's for something you wouldn't expect me to squeeze!'
However, eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that in the background of the clip, a member of the crew tells viewers that the moment is 'going to be recreated'.
They said: 'We're going to bring Oliver back on stage, we're going to recreate that moment one more time, we're going to have another…' before the video cuts off.
The first day of Britain's Got Talent's Blackpool auditions has already sparked a backlash as one of the scenes shows re-filming.
Auditions for the ITV show began in the UK with Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden joined by guest judge KSI.
Some fans were quick to share their thoughts on X: 'It's never really been normal. It wasn't until a few years ago that they started doing unnecessary pick-ups at auditions, which are very real.
'Firstly it's not that deep, but secondly it's hilarious.
'Television is forever fake – lol – TV is there for entertainment, sometimes reality is boring and needs to be stimulated;
'I attended an audition in 2011 and I haven't seen it since. Fake doesn't even cut it. The entire show is scripted.'
Tuesday, Amanda A first-look sneak peek at the 2024 jury revealed KSI's temporary replacement Bruno Tonioli.
The veteran show judge posed for a selfie with her fellow judges behind the curtain.
Taking to her Instagram story with the photo, she wrote in her caption: 'What a row. sending [love] To @brunotonioliofficial.'
Although auditions begin this week, the next series won't hit TV screens until next year.
In a clip where Amanda is excited about pressing her golden buzzer, fans noticed a member of the crew telling the audience they're going to 'recreate' the moment.
However, luckily for fans, they'll have a shorter wait than usual as the show returns two months earlier than usual – starting in February, not April as it usually does.
KSI will perform for the talent show judging panel for only three of the five first round audition days.
A source told The Sun: 'The bosses were keen to have KSI appear like a full-time judge, who would have to stand for days.
'That means there will be one more Golden Buzzer act this year, with the remaining judges and hosts Ant and Dec given the chance to press it.
'The finals will no doubt be very exciting to see which judge is best at picking a winner.'
The musician and amateur boxer is believed to have been brought in by Simon to appeal to a younger audience.
Last year, she was rumored to be signing a deal to join the show, with a source in The Sun saying at the time: 'Simon Cowell KSI is a huge hit with the younger generation.
'He will be a great addition to appeal to the teenage fans, which the makers are keen on.
'KSI is in talks with employers in the hope of agreeing a deal that will work around his hectic schedule.'
But when the star was first rumored to be joining the group, Simon was forced to shut down rumors that Bruno was being fired permanently.
It was confirmed last year that the Italian choreographer would return for the next series despite scheduling conflicts.
Appearing on Heart Radio at the time, Simon insisted: 'I will not replace him. I love Bruno on the show.'
He explained that due to conflicts with Bruno's schedule, the star would be substituted for some auditions that he could not attend.
Addressing the rumours, host Jamie Theakston asked the star:I'm going to read you a headline from a magazine today Simon… 'Britain's Got Talent set to drop Judge, Bruno'
As Simon admitted the headline was false, Jamie pressed: 'Well, well, what's not true about that?'
Due to judge Bruno Tonioli's filming duties in the US, KSI will only act on the talent show judging panel for three of the five first-round audition days.
Simon explained: 'Seriously. I spoke… I don't know where all this is coming from. I spoke to the producers two weeks ago that there was a scheduling problem with Bruno.
'Cause we're holding auditions… some auditions this year and he's going to be in America.
'So he might have a point. I don't know. But I love Bruno on the show. I think he's smart.'
Heart Radio co-host and fellow judge Amanda added: 'He brings such amazing energy and knows so much.'
And he knows a lot about what he's talking about. Indeed, he was a wise, intelligent judge and a good man. So no, I wouldn't replace him,' Simon added.
'So… is Bruno coming back?' Simon asked Jamie as he once confirmed: 'He's coming back.'
Speaking candidly, Simon added: 'Can I be honest with you? I wouldn't change this jury, I think it's something… It's like your show, your number one. So why should I change BGT.'
