The former Dovey star, 32, took to her Instagram a week ago to share the exciting news that she welcomed a baby boy, Landon Henry, with her footballer boyfriend Oliver Burke, 27, last Monday.
And she continues to update her followers as she navigates motherhood, sharing adorable photos of her little one and insights into his progress through breastfeeding and sleep.
A week after giving birth, Meghan took to her Instagram Stories to share a mirror selfie of herself in a pair of gray shorts topless in Landon's crib.
Turning to the side to show off her bulging belly, she proudly flaunted the realities of post-natal life, teasing that she was 'six months pregnant'.

She explained that her C-section scar and the swelling in her legs were improving, but admitted she was still 'very tender' and reliant on medication.
Captioning the unedited photo, the new mum wrote: 'Over 1 week postpartum. Still seriously bloated from the C section and looks 6 months pregnant.
'My scar is healing well and the swelling in my legs has gone down. Now it's easier to sit up and down, but still soft.
'Let's put it this way, it's no fun if I'm not on medication. Come back to the sofa for me in the nappy I threw away.'
It comes after Meghan shared heartwarming new photos of her son on Sunday, saying she had the 'best week of her life'.
She shared a photo of herself cradling the newborn in the hospital with Oliver after her C-section.
Other sweet photos showed Landon wrapped up in a white baby but peacefully sleeping, while Meghan showed off her sense of humour, and Meghan added a shot of her swollen ankles.
In the accompanying caption, he joked: 'Best week of my life. Ps tearing up my ankles'.

The singer's sister Millie wrote: 'Oh our beautiful baby Landon❤️ he is so loved already. I can't wait to do auntie duties again, love you all and can't wait to give her a huge hug ❤️'

Just last month, Meghan left England for Germany to be with her footballer fiancé Ollie, deciding to give birth there.
The Scotsman plays as a right winger or forward for German football team Bundesliga club Werder Bremen.
In an earlier Instagram video, Meghan announced: 'Guess what! I'm going to Germany. I know I did a few stories yesterday about baking.
'I think some of you thought I was going into labour, but I hope I'm not, because I'm giving birth in Germany right now.

Meghan revealed that they 'had to move hospitals at the last minute' and it was 'crazy' and 'everything was rushed'.
The original plan was to get Ollie back in time for his due date. However, Meghan was worried that her partner would miss out on their baby.
Just last month, Meghan decided to leave the UK for Germany to be with her footballer boyfriend Ollie and give birth there (pictured together in May).
