Hit-making DJ Mustard's marriage to Chanel Theory has officially come to an end.

The 34-year-old Not Like Us producer finalized her divorce, according to documents obtained by Theory from TMZ on Monday.

Mustard (born Dijon Isaiah McFarlane) reportedly receives tens of thousands of dollars a month in child support payments to his ex-wife, as well as paying her two six-figure lump sums.

But he also retained many properties and luxury items, including high-end vehicles that included two Lamborghinis.

He owns his 2018 Lamborghini Aventador and his 2019 Lamborghini Urus, as well as new cars from 2022, including a Maybach Benz, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and celebrity-waiting, a Cadillac Escalade.

Mustard also owns some of the couple's water sports, including several Sea-Doo jet skis.

The musician and his ex shared a mansion in the tony Chatsworth neighborhood of Los Angeles, located in the San Fernando Valley.

The couple had homes in Simi Valley and Los Angeles, both of which he will retain.

But even though Mustard owns many of the couple's flashy properties, he owes Theori a substantial sum of money.

He will reportedly pay his ex-wife a one-time spousal payment of $315,000, but since he owns most of the couple's stake in cars and real estate, he will also pay her a separate sum of $275,000. Those possessions.

Mustard, who split from Theory in 2022 and filed for divorce in May of last year, shares three young children with his ex and pays him $24,500 a month in child support payments.

The former couple will share joint custody of the children, even though they had custody late last year.

He had previously sought sole custody of the children, a move Thierry described as an attempt to 'undermine' his position while describing the move as a gamble to avoid child support.

In July, Mustard and his current girlfriend, Brittany Stroud, welcomed their first child together.
