Jamie-Lynn Sigler is doing a serious 'milk cleanse' to fix her gut health.
The actress, 43, made the bizarre revelation while her former Sopranos co-star Robert Ayler. Not Today, Paul Podcast.
“You should hear what I'm doing right now, and you're going to think I'm crazy,” she said.
'It's shocking because I love food too, I love sweets too. I am in the middle of something called a milk cleanse. That's all I've had for days.'
To illustrate her point, Jamie-Lynn pulled out a large flask filled with milk.

The idea behind it is that parasites love milk. I have a lot of gut problems and I've tried a lot of different things to fix it,' she explained.
'I know people who have done it enough to say it's really good,' he added.
The former HBO star explained that the cleanse involved drinking milk and taking special pills for eight days.
“And then you take these pills, so all these parasites that are hiding in your body come out because they're getting dairy products,” she said.
Jamie-Lynn said she was 'not hungry' from the diet and had already used the bathroom a few times that day.
'It's just to clean you,' she shared.
Dairy-heavy diets have been on the rise in recent years, and some health experts warn that consuming too much dairy can be dangerous because of the high calorie intake.
Health problems associated with drinking too much milk include calcium overload, bloating, gas and constipation.

In June, Jamie-Lynn revealed she had a near-death experience after returning home from a trip to India.
During an episode of her disturbing podcast with Christina Applegate, the actress best known for playing Meadow Soprano on The Sopranos from 1999 to 2007 opened up about the post-surgery complication that nearly killed her.
When I went to India a year ago, I lived in this ashram and I was very awake and connected and calm… Two weeks later, I had a really bad reaction to the surgery and developed sepsis. And was in the hospital and almost died,' he told listeners.
The star, who has yet to share this story publicly, explained that he was close to death fighting for his life.
