Columbus, Ohio – Ohio Senate candidate Bernie Moreno spoke to Fox News Digital during the campaign about why he believes recent polls show him essentially in a tie within a margin of error with incumbent Sen. Sherrod Brown after months behind him.
“It’s time for change,” Franklin told Fox News Digital outside the County Board of Elections, where Ohio Republicans encouraged Voters will vote early as part of former President Trump's “Swamp the Vote” platform.
“Give Republicans a chance to govern and we will make your life better. Look, Sherrod Brown saw 200,000 manufacturing jobs leave this state in his 30 years in DC, and I'll end with this. every report you make in 1992. “Go back to. USA Sherrod Brown made two promises, think about it, he made two promises to the American people, term limits and restoring production.”
Moreno continued: “200,000 manufacturing jobs were lost and he said anyone who has been in Washington, D.C. for more than ten years is a crook. Take his word for it.”

“We started announcing, this is number one,” Moreno said about why he believes the polls have tightened in the Ohio Senate race.
“Sherrod Brown spent a fortune on the summer he hoped to cure cancer. The other half said: I have cancer. Of course it's not even true. We started advertising. We didn't take individual photos because we wouldn't. Our campaign is simple. Look at his voting record.”
Moreno pointed to Brown Voting with Biden almost 100% of the time and said he “stabbed Trump in the back” more than once when voting in favor of the amendment.
ONE Washington Post survey This week, held between October 3 and 7, revealed that Brown has a comfortable 48-47 lead over Moreno by a margin of error of 3.5 points, after Brown has led by a wide margin in most polls so far. .
“He is someone completely different in Washington, D.C.,” Moreno said of Brown, who has run ads promising to work with presidents of any party and touted his record on illegal immigration in a state Trump won by 8 points in 2020.

“I have senators like Senator Haggerty,” Moreno said alongside Senator Bill Haggerty in front of Moreno’s campaign bus. “Who has been with me since the beginning of this campaign in the first few days, who looks and says: 'Who is that?' People on TV? He looks a lot like Sherrod Brown, but he can't be Sherrod Brown because the one I know in Washington, D.C. is liberal. The TV guy is something completely different. But what do we see. How people see this exhibition and I think. Now we are tied to the polls. But he is at 46%. Look, we're going to win.“
