The television host, 56, was recently honored with a Special Recognition Award for her contributions to the industry at the National Television Awards but has now added another string to her bow.

The recurring podcast is created by former Big Brother host Steven Bartlett's Flight Studio production company and hopes listeners of her age can relate.

She said: 'I want to record my resume and I can't wait for you to hear it. I love it so much I'm literally running to work.

'I have hand-picked guests who can help us move into this next phase of our lives and make it an even better experience.

Davina also hopes that she can boost the confidence of listeners on this day of celebrating individuality.

She said: 'A time when we can say what we want, do what we like, wear what we want… basically freeing ourselves from everything that has held us back…

'I want us to be confident, healthy and emotionally strong enough to step into this moment in our lives and really enjoy it.

'Starting over will help you and me make that happen.'

As part of the series, Davina sets three objectives for herself and her listeners.
