Jamie Foxx looked every inch the proud dad as he celebrated his daughter Annelise's 16th birthday on Saturday night.

The actor, 56, took his daughter Annelise with him. who turned 16 on Wednesday, October 9, at the legendary Mr. Belated birthday dinner at Chow Restaurant.

The pair were dressed in coordinated tracksuits.

Fox looked dapper in a gray, black and white hoodie and pants with handkerchief designs.

He wore a pair of futuristic looking silver shoes with black socks.

Annelise stood out in a red hoodie and matching wide leg pants with paintings of a prehistoric bird. The teenager wore red sneakers and her long, dark red hair was styled in natural curls.

The Oscar winner, who was hospitalized due to an unspecified medical emergency in 2023, has opened up about what happened to her in a new comedy special headed to Netflix.

The show was filmed over three nights in Atlanta earlier this month. A launch date on the streamer is yet to be announced.

In an impromptu interview with CBS' Gayle King after a show, the Ray actor tried to make people laugh by revealing his personal struggle.

“It's a painful time, and every day opens those wounds,” the entertainer said of the special, titled What Happened.

'We've got a great show in the room, but we don't know what they're going to laugh at and what they're not going to laugh at.'

'Usually, when you do a stand-up special, you go out for a year and work every nook and cranny, and then you tape it. You don't come to Atlanta and turn on the camera,' he explained.

Upon seeing the set, King told him, 'I've never seen a show where the audience was laughing and crying at the same time', and 'only you could have done that.'

'It's a personal trip,' replied the funny man, 'and I hope I never have to… I'm never going to go through this again. My next jokes were, 'Tap, tap! I'll be doing 'knock, knock' jokes for an hour and a half,' he told a laughing crowd backstage after the show.

Pouring glasses of champagne to celebrate the end of the run, the star raised a glass saying, 'Let's sit back and look at it and build a new, brighter and healthier future.'
