Funding is provided by Screen Queensland's Film Agency through its Production Attraction Incentive, also known as PAS.
The scheme supports schemes 'Satisfy its economic, industrial, tourism and social interests', a statement said.
Aussie Shore is said to be eligible for funding under PAS and is now expected to bring $3 million to Queensland's economy.
The show was partially produced at Screen Queensland Cairns Studios in Portsmith, used several locations in Far North Queensland and created 100 jobs for cast and crew.

Screen Queensland CEO Jackie Feeney said TV Tonight Aussie Shores would help showcase Cairns and the region was significant in supporting gender programming.
'We're not trying to step into the shoes of everyone else who has creatively evaluated the project,' he explained.
'We're really trying to assess the benefits coming to the Queensland industry.'
He insisted that Steam adheres to the show's code of conduct and refused to discuss any 'tasty' matters related to the project.
'I'm not going to get caught up in the taste stuff, but as a product, to make sure it works ethically, it promises to deliver, and it delivers,' he explained.
