Olivia revealed her embrace of classic Aussie traditions before performing her hit song So American at the Rod Laver Arena in front of around 15,000 fans.

'You're the best, you live in the coolest city ever,' she exclaimed.

'I tried Tim Tam today for the first time in my life – 10 out of 10, it gets my approval.'
