With franchise costumes available during the spooky season, many people dress up as their favorite horror movie villains. Recently, Instagram user MERKINY posted a concept video that shows all the iconic slasher films together in the introduction to an 80's style comedy series. The the intro starts with the title “Family Slashers”, which refers to the title style full house, and every scene shows some iconic villains doing their mischievous routines in a family sitcom. These include Ghostface choking a young girl over the phone and Leatherface smiling at the camera while cleaning a chainsaw. The film ends with the slashers chasing each other and meeting up at the end of the day. Watch the full video below:

Part of the fun of Halloween is dressing up and reimagining yourself, and this certainly isn't the first time slasher icons have appeared in a completely different genre. Previously, they dressed up as characters from the series Baywatch.
