Chloe Madeley has revealed the real reason she split from husband James Haskell in a new video, describing the moment she knew it was over.
The fitness guru, 37, and former rugby player James, 39, announced their split in October 2023 after a decade and five years of marriage.
Appearing on Olivia Attwood's So Wrong It's Right podcast on Thursday, Chloe opened up about their marriage breakdown.
She shared: 'I'm one of those people who needs structure and routine.

'His schedule, I don't even remember when he was in England for a whole week. He's all over the place and I can't do it.'
Chloe said she remembers the exact moment she announced that she promised the relationship was over.
'I swear to God, it was like a day, I remember exactly where we were – the day, the time, the temperature, the clothes, I remember everything – I remember saying it, 'I don't think so. We have to do this anymore', but that's really what it means.
'It just doesn't happen – it didn't happen to us anyway. Farming has been done over time and is still the same.'
The daughter of TV stars Richard and Judy also said she 'never' could have predicted their split.
When asked how long they had been apart, she revealed: 'Oh my god, like exactly a year to be honest.
'We started the conversation in August last year. People think it's like a certain date.
'As days, weeks, months go by, you realize that no one is fighting for this. You realize that you are getting more and more serious about this thing that you talk about in the beginning.
“So slowly, slowly it dissipated, but the first conversation started happening in August last year.
'I think I know I'm really unhappy and I think he knows he's really unhappy too.
'But I don't think either of us would have ever predicted that we were going to break up.'
The couple successfully share daughter Bodhi, one together and co-parent
Despite finding things 'difficult', Chloe and James were spotted out for dinner as a family, focusing on their daughter
The couple confirmed their split in a joint statement released in October after appearing in public without their wedding rings
Last month Chloe's dad Richard revealed that despite the end of their marriage, his daughter and James are in a 'very happy relationship'.
He previously told The Sun: 'Chloe is very happy, she and James are going to France together and they have a very happy marriage.
'It's a very civilized relationship – we see a lot of James and he's at home a lot with or without Chloe.'
'I would go out for a drink with him from time to time. Everything is fine. This is a very civilized divorce. Co-parenting is going really well.'
In October 2023, the two confirmed their separation in a joint statement after a decade together.
The couple, who star in their own ITV reality show Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair, announced: 'Chloe and I have mutually decided to separate at the end of September 2023.
“We don't plan to make a statement at this time – certainly not while the TV show is on air – but the constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand.
Beyond this statement, we will not speak publicly about this matter and request privacy at this time.
'Our only focus right now is our beautiful daughter. We work together with parents with nothing but love.
