Former 90 Days of Future star Ashley Martins has gone under the knife for a major makeover.
The 38-year-old, who appeared on the hit TLC series with ex-husband Jay Smith, now 26, underwent a breast implant reduction and liposuction with Texas-based surgeon Dr. In the hands of Robert Najera – 'Dr. Dallas on social media.
Speaking to DailyMail.com about the procedures, the mother-of-two said she felt better than ever following her recent nips and tucks.
“I had implants 10 years ago that needed to be replaced, and when I had them done they were a little bigger than I wanted, so I went a little smaller this time,” she explained.
“I have a very small waist and I had a big chest, so I couldn't find clothes that fit me,” she continued.

The 38-year-old was unhappy with her original breast size and had her breast implants altered to a smaller size.
The mother of two also had liposuction to slim down her arms
'I own a hair salon and I work behind a chair, so overall I don't like them as much as they first appear.'
The blonde beauty said the recovery process so far has been 'overwhelming' and she was back to shopping just two days after the operation.
'I have no pain [Dr. Najera] Did a great job, he really did,' he added.
As for further procedures, Ashley said she's 'done for now' but hasn't ruled out anything in the future.
'I'm sure I'll be back for something,' she laughed.
One thing Ashley is certain of is that she will never return to a 90-day prospective owner again.
Despite her tumultuous relationship with Jamaican tattoo artist Jay Smith becoming a major storyline on 90 Day Fiance and Happily Ever After, Ashley has ruled out returning to the TLC network.

'I don't like reality TV. I'm kind of a sensitive person and social media… I wish we were more aware of the public and dealing with things before the show came out,' she said.
“So it really put a bad taste in my mouth, and TLC put a bad taste in my mouth, so if I ever did reality TV again it definitely wouldn't be that network.'
Ashley said that 'a lot of editing' was misrepresenting storylines within the show, which caused her backlash from viewers.
She also confirmed that she has no relationship with ex-husband Jay.
'I don't even know if he's alive to be honest with you,' she said.
'His tattoo shop was in my name so the lease ended last August and it was a tie between him and me so I haven't spoken to him.'

'Before the story gets all misinterpreted, I'll address it myself,' Ashley announced at the time.
'Jay and I have decided to part ways amicably. I thought I was strong and forgiving but I'm not.
'Sometimes when trust is broken, it can't be fixed. My best wishes to Jay, we are both on the same page.'
