The Floors Have Teeth Radio Code can be tricky to work out! Mainly because of the muffled voice coming out of the radio, after being told by an NPC that the radio has some significance…

Floors Have Teeth Radio Code
When exploring the basement depths, you end up walking past some makeshift prison cells. One of these cells has a man inside, with his hands up on the metal fencing. If you interact with him, he speaks to you and says something along the lines of this:
- “While trying to escape once, there was a radio somewhere in this place, spelling out random numbers. It may be for a code or something. The man caught me and broke the radio!”
This NPC is talking about the radio that’s placed on a bedside table next to a cot. A man should be inside the cot, with a sentence written on the wall that reads “He is sleeping”.
The radio crackles when set to the incorrect frequency, so I suggest changing the frequency until you start to hear a voice. Or, you can find out the exact frequency by finding the body that has a hammer in its head – lovely.
This body is located somewhere in the basement, and once you find it, you can take the hammer for yourself. Next, look for the doorway that is boarded up with wooden planks, and use the hammer to remove the nails that hold them in place. There’s a piece of paper on the ground which tells you the frequency of the radio.
How to Find the Radio Code
When the frequency is correct, and you hear the voice, it’s time to listen. The voice is audibly muffled, and isn’t overly clear, but that’s just part of the puzzle. From what I can tell, it can change with every play-through. Listen carefully to the numbers that the voice reads out, there are 3 in total. If you can’t hear some of the numbers clearly, take note of any possible number that it sounds like.
Once you have an idea of what the 3 numbers are, you can head to the combination padlock that you found earlier in the basement. This padlock is the one that keeps a metal gate shut (named Old Door in-game), with a lever attached to the wall. This room is accessible via a small tunnel when entering the room with a table – the latter being directly from the staircase.
Enter the number that was being spoken aloud by the radio and unlock the combination padlock! This then grants you entry into the space, where you can then pull the lever. This lever opens up the cells you found prior. This includes the cell of the NPC who told you about the radio.
