Wolfeye Studios, an independent development studio co-led by President Raphael Colantonio (founder and co-creator of both Dishonored and Prey), has revealed their next game in development.
Details on their next game are scant, however Colantonio describes it as a first-person, retro science-fiction action RPG. The game is also described as an “ambitious new IP” built on the “DNA of earlier Arkane games,” delivering a “rich and detailed world, freedom of how to play, and a deep RPG experience.”
The team just wrapped pre-production on the title, moving full steam into production. The game was first teased at GDC 2024 with a photo of a whiteboard in their Austin office with the words “retro sci-fi” and “first-person” written on it.

While the game just entered full production, their goal is to get early input from their fans with an exclusive and limited private alpha test.
“We are so happy to be able to officially confirm that our next game is actively in production and that it is a first-person action RPG,” Wolfeye President and Creative Director Raphael Colantonio said. “Fans of the past games I have been involved with such as Dishonored and Prey will feel at home, as well as fans of RPGs in general. While we look for the right publishing partner, our sights are firmly set on getting our community involved with the game’s development with a limited private Alpha in 2025. We can not wait for fans to see what we are working on.”
