Zenless Zone Zero hosts the Drip Fest contest to celebrate its global launch

It pains my soul deeply to have to write the name of this contest but to celebrate the launch of Endless Zone Zero, HoYoverse will be hosting their fan work contest dubbed Drip Fest. Players across the world can submit their works of art for the chance to win up to $3,000.00 in prizes, as well as the Golden Bangboo grand trophy.

Despite the name, this contest is quite impressive just in the scope of what submissions it will accept. You can enter works including illustrations, videos, and cosplays as you might expect. However, they will also accept music and even graffiti. Express yourself in any form of artistic endeavour, and you have a chance.

Submissions will be accepted until August 23rd, so there is plenty of time to plan and execute your ideas. After that, the judging will take place between August 31st and September 13th. Then it’s the important part, the results which will happen from September 14th to 16th.

If your entrant is judged worthy by the panel of esteemed experts, you could be in for some very nice rewards. The Masterpiece Award will receive the Golden Bangboo Award, a full display series character stand, and then 10,000 Polychrome for in-game use. There is also merchandise and other in-game rewards up for grabs.

The judging panel will be made up of a host of skilled individuals such as Myrtle Sarrosa, a Filipino actress, streamer and cosplayer who has won quite a few rewards. There is also BUNBUN, the Japanese illustrator who worked on novels such as Sword Art Online, and Yamashita RIRI, an animator who has worked on such popular series as the Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage, helping with the Journey music video.
