I’ve got college sports on the brain this week, so on top of The Bulgarian Brothers, I want to mention the steady pace of Lee Williamson, courtesy of OS user superjames1992.
Now in the 2014 offseason, Lee Williamson has stuck with the UNC Greensboro Spartans since day one in College Hoops 2K8. OSer superjames1992 runs a very traditional dynasty, showcasing some of the key box scores, giving an interview here and there, and making sure we know what’s going on around the college world and in the world of recruiting.
UNCG isn’t normally one of the teams you can pick for a career legacy, but I was able to manipulate the starting lineups in order to lower their overall rating enough to pick for career legacy. I wanted to pick UNCG because they are my real-life alma mater.
For quite a bit, superjames1992 was also running another coaching legacy, but he’s mostly settled into focusing on this one now. What I like about his UNCG one is that — like with many of the great Dynasty HQ stories — it’s not all about domination. This isn’t a premiere program, and so the ups and downs come with that territory.
Lee Williamson is out there scrapping for every win, so be sure to take some time and read back through the results of the many seasons that are already in the bank.
