YOU SAID IT: Don’t recognize this Canada

The Canada of today is unrecognizable to me.

Justin Trudeau and his government have fostered and encouraged so much harm. They have brought Canada to her knees; destroyed our reputation in the world and with our natural allies; destroyed our economy and future prosperity; respect for the sanctity of life has been abandoned; hate and racism are abounding; crime is taking over our neighbourhoods; the cost of living has skyrocketed; young people and the homeless are in despair and are killing themselves daily with drug overdoses. Our country is being torn apart with inexplicable, devastating policies; even murder has become a common occurrence.

Democracy, free speech and the rule of law have really taken a beating. We desperately need change. Time is of the essence, before we become so deeply mired in the Liberal cesspool that it will be next to impossible to climb back out.

CANADA IS MY COUNTRY

I am an immigrant. I am Canadian. Canada is my country.

To think that I would protest here if my country of birth got involved in a war with another country would make me unpatriotic to my adopted country, Canada.

I have listened over the years to many so-called Canadians lamenting wars in their birth country. If you are Canadian, I understand that you are upset about a war in your country of birth — I would be — but you live here, and if you are interrupting my country’s peace by holding mass demonstrations because “your” country is at war, then you are not Canadian.

If you feel that strongly about “your” country, which obviously is not Canada, then you must go there and fight.

SHOULD BE FIVE DAYS A WEEK

The pandemic has ended, so let’s have our public servants go back to normal working conditions. They should be back to five days in the office so productivity will return, rather than this off/on working schedule.
