Since its early access launch not even two months ago, Palworld has developed a strong fandom and fantastic community. Fans continue to play the game in droves and are uncovering plenty of secrets while also sharing neat tricks. In regard to tricks specifically, one fan has shared how to easily grapple launch in Palworld to fast travel around the open-world without high lvl gear or pals.

Although some fans forget, it’s important to remember that Palworld is in early access only. The devs have said a highly requested feature isn’t yet possible on Steam or Xbox, and many fans unanimously agree that Pocketpair needs to fix a maddening gameplay mechanic before adding new content.

In regard to new content, the roadmap shows what is on the way, and Pocketpair is simultaneously developing this new content while also working on updates to deliver bug fixes and improvements. While there is no new content yet, you can pull off this easy trick to grapple launch around the Palworld open-world like Batman in Gotham.

How to grapple launch in Palworld

Reddit user Crpto_Psyrin has shared how to grapple launch in Palworld. They claim that grapple and glide launching is the ‘fastest and most efficient form of travel without the need for high-level gear and pals’. You can do it with any high level glider you have, but the video demonstration is just using the bog standard grappling gun and glider to show anyone can copy.

Below are the steps outlined in their guide:

  • First, you will ideally want to be high off the ground with a ledge below you
  • Shoot your grapple at the ground
  • Just before the moment of contact with the ground, cancel your grapple and immediately deploy your glider

The Palworld player says ‘This will conserve your momentum from the launch and allow you to glide extremely far distances in a short amount of time’. Check out the video demonstration in the embedded Reddit post below.

As mentioned by the OP in the replies, this was done with minimal and bog standard ‘low level stuff to show anyone can do this’. This is purely a means of traveling around the world faster without high-level gear or pals.

Of course, if you’ve been playing the game since day one and have become a Palworld aficionado, you should know that using Galeclaw is vastly superior. There’s also the option of using Hangyu which many of the Reddit replies suggest sends you double to quadruple further than Galeclaw. Of course, another way to traverse the open-world is on the back of a mount, and we have a guide to the fastest mounts available for flying, swimming, and ground.
