Pals can do a lot of various tasks in Palworld, and some are very good at transporting items around for players.

One example that not many people have stumbled across yes is using the topography of a Dungeon to phase through the wall and skip the Dungeon Boss entirely. While it may not seem like all that ‘worthwhile’ of a bug to exploit considering most Dungeon Bosses are pretty easy to defeat in Palworld, this trick allows you to clear much higher-level dungeons to get fantastic items like Precious Claws or even gear like Attack Pendants +2 as well as Future Technical Manuals way earlier than intended. So, without further ado, let’s go over how to do this glitch exactly.

How To Skip A Dungeon Boss

All You’ll Need Is A Land Mount Pal & Their Associated Saddle

To pull off this trick, it’s actually very simple. All you’ll need for it is any land mount Pal (or even most flying mounts) and any Dungeon. Head into the Dungeon and either clear it out completely or run past every enemy until you get to the Dungeon Boss room (AKA the room with the giant tree in the center). If your mount is fast enough and you run straight for the boss room, most of the time it’ll take a minute or two for the boss actually to spawn in, making this trick even easier. Regardless, once you get here, simply head to the wall in the back of the room that currently has a barrier blocking the way to the teleportation crystal and two chests.

Walk into this wall closer to either side of it and aim at the ground just past the barrier. Throw your land mount Pal at the ground just past the barrier and it should come out on the other side of said barrier (if it doesn’t, it might take a couple of tries). Once this happens, hold the ‘Ride’ input (F by default on PC) until your Pal runs over to you and you hop on. The animation of hopping onto the Pal should phase you right through the barrier, allowing you to avoid the Dungeon Boss and get the rewards in record time. Rinse and repeat this process as much as you desire to completely break the game’s balance. Just keep in mind that the rewards in the chests are RNG dependent, so you won’t always get Technical Manuals every time and will often get Skill Fruit, Pendants, and a few other items instead.
