The Sims 4 recently released a kit focused on castle building, and a player has managed to make an incredible castle, resorting only to the items available in the base game and this new pack. The Sims 4 went free-to-play in 2022, and this made it possible for a greater number of gamers to enjoy the game. While players can enjoy dozens of features with the base game, they can also significantly diversify the type of gameplay they get access to by purchasing additional content.

For most of its lifetime, The Sims 4 has had three types of DLC packs: expansion packs, game packs, and stuff packs. Packs were classified and priced according to how much content they provided. Eventually, EA added kits to The Sims 4, a more affordable DLC type with less content, making it possible to target niche themes.

Recently, The Sims 4 released the Castle Estate kit alongside the Gothic Galore kit. While the latter added a new style and focused on Create-a-Sim, the Castle Estate kit was designed for players who particularly enjoy Build Mode and creating their own homes and buildings. Sims 4 player Arelladia shared a beautiful castle that they managed to build using only the base game version of The Sims 4 and the Castle Estate Kit. The community was blown away by this creation; not only because it had been built a few years after the kit’s release but also because they had such a limited selection of Build Mode items.

While The Sims 4 base game has a decent amount of Build Mode content, it is still quite limited. On top of this, since kits are the smallest type of Sims 4 DLC content, the Castle Estate kit only adds 25 Build Mode items to the game, which means they still had to be wildly creative in order to make such a stunning castle.
