PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for January 2024 Announced with A Plague Tale: Requiem and More

2023 is almost at its end, which also means that it’s that time of the month. Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the games coming with no additional purchase required for PS5 and PS4 users who have a PlayStation Plus subscription.

All games mentioned here will become available in the basic PlayStation Plus lineup (regardless of tier of subscription) on January 2.

They will be removed, as usual, after roughly a month, on February 5.

We start with Asobo’s A Plague Tale: Requiem, the sequel of A Plague Tale: Innocence. This stealth action game with a rather unique setting will be available only for PS5 users.

If you’d like to read more, you can check out our review, in which our Tyler Chancey awarded it with a rather flattering 8.0 out of 10.

Next in the lineup is also published by Focus Entertainment, and it’s Flying Wild Hog’s third-person shooter Evil West, which will be available to both PS5 and PS4 users.

My news partner in crime Joseph Allen reviewed this one here on TechRaptor, and it’s another 8.0 out of 10. Could this be the start of a pattern?

Lastly, Nobody Saves the World by Drinkbox Studios completes the lineup, also coming for both PS5 and PS4.

We have a review for this one as well, by our own Austin Suther, and the score is… you’ll never guess… 8.0 out of 10. I have achieved my pattern and therefore I am happy.

This PlayStation Plus month shall henceforth be known as the Month of the Eights. I shall hear no objection to this.

Considering the fact that the turnover is on January 2, you still have a few days to grab the monthly games distributed in December before they get their price tags back, but you better hurry.

For the record, they’re Lego 2K DrivePowerwash Simulator, and Sable.
