Are you sure you don’t wanna be moots?

What Are Mutations?

There isn’t a lot known about them yet since Nightmare Elemental is a new game and you have to play a chunk of it before even getting your first mutation. So I’ll tell you what we know so far and hopefully have updates on this guide ASAP with fleshed-out details.

Mutations are ability moves that a player can obtain from elements that aren’t a part of their classes sub-element heritage. Essentially this means that a mutation is a move that originates from a different class, that has somehow become a part of your move sets despite not being a typical ability from your current class and elemental soup mix.

For example, if you were to have the Tornado class, a mutation could make it possible for you to gain a Celestial move. The chances of receiving a Mutation are influenced by how many completions you have done.

What Are Completions?

Completion happens when you gain all the abilities of a class and master or “complete” that class within a dojo. Naturally, this means it can only happen once per class. You can climb tiers with completions and repeat the process with classes of the same dojo.
