Archon of the hydro nation, Genshin Impact’s Furina (also known as Focalors), lives for the drama of the courthouse and presides over all of Fontaine’s goings-on. She’s a five-star, hydro unit that uses a sword and can help pop off tons of reactions on the field.

Genshin Impact’s Furina release date
Furina releases on November 8, 2023, heading up the 4.2 version update. Her banner also introduces Genshin Impact’s Charlotte, a reporter for the Steambird.
What’s the best Genshin Impact Furina build?
Furina excels at applying hydro both on and off the field, placing her as a sub-DPS, and an excellent unit for popping off reactions including hyperbloom, freeze, and vaporize.
As part of her performance on the field, Furina invites the guests of the Salon Solitaire (Madam Crabaletta, Surintendante Chevalmarin, Gentilhomme Usher – a crab, a seahorse, and an octopus) to come forth and join her. This summons either the Salon Members who are Ousia aligned, or the Singer of Many Waters, who aligns with Pneuma – depending on Furina’s current Arkhe alignment. Furina can change her alignment using her charged attacks.
Furina’s skill does apply a health drain to the entire team, but one of her unlockable skills heals the team a little – we do recommend taking a healer, just in case.

Furina requires a high HP stat and plenty of energy recharge, but thankfully there are plenty of good weapon choices to help out with this, while also boosting her damage.

What are the best Genshin Impact Furina artifacts?
Furina’s kit is all about elemental damage, even with her using a sword as a weapon. Her deployable animals constantly attack foes with hydro, so boosting her elemental damage bonuses is key. Obviously, a hydro-boosting two-piece will work on Furina if you don’t have much else, but there are better options.

What is Genshin Impact Furina’s constellation?
While we don’t know what her constellations do right now, we can speculate a little about her kit thanks to the name of her constellation -Animula Choragi. This translates roughly to ‘leader of a little soul chorus’.
