Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Patch Adds New Accessibility Features, Improves Performance and Stability

Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is available worldwide, and while perfectly playable for those physical edition owners, it’s recommended to download the day one update. Patch notes are now available, revealing additional accessibility features and improvements.

Some new features include Vibration Settings, from Experiential and Functional to None, and Auto Hell, which automatically heals the players if they fall below a certain of health (provided a full Focus Bar is available). There’s also High Contrast Perfect Dodge, which adds a high contrast color to Perfect Dodge and settings for Controller Speaker Mode.

The opening gameplay sequence has also had its visual fidelity improved while performance and stability are improved. There are also “general” updates to polish and a fix for a blocker during the Suit Tutorial. Check out the full patch notes below.
