Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Features Easter Egg Referencing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Players have discovered another Easter egg in Cyberpunk 2077‘s latest expansion, Phantom Liberty. The Easter egg this time around references CD Projekt RED’s other major title, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

According to IGN, once the player has access to a certain payphone in Phantom Liberty‘s setting of Dogtown—essentially after the Lucretia My Reflection mission—they can go back to the payphone to dial any number they want. Dialing a number written on a post-it note near the payphone—5745552377—will reward players with the main theme from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt playing through the in-game phone.

Cyberpunk 2077 has been on quite a bit of a redemption arc in recent times, especially thanks to the release of update 2.0, as well as the well-received expansion Phantom Liberty. The update and expansion added quite a few new Easter eggs, including a Wolfenstein 3D-inspired arcade game.

Developer CD Projekt RED has stated that it will be releasing a patch for the game, 2.01, to address bugs with quests, corrupted saves, and more. For more details on Cyberpunk 2077 in recent times, check out our re-review. Also check out our review of Phantom Liberty while you’re at it.
