1-300 Leatherworking Guide Phase 3

In the third phase of the Season of Discovery in World of Warcraft, Leatherworking reaches its pinnacle with a skill cap of 300. This advancement opens the door to crafting powerful new gear inspired by the lore of the Sunken Temple raid. Artisan Leatherworkers are presented with exclusive recipes to push them further in both PvE and PvP scenarios.

For those who opt not to buy leather from the auction house for leather skinning in WoW Classic’s Season of Discovery, Hardcore Gamer offers a detailed skinning guide that outlines the most efficient routes for farming.

You can choose any of these specializations, depending on your class and what kind of patterns you can make with each one.

Leatherworking Guide 225-300 in WoW SOD

If you are starting fresh, continue past this section to see older phases of leveling guides. For now, we focus on what’s new with phase 3, and therefore we explore the 225-300 skill bracket. You can learn Artisan leatherworking from only 1 NPC per faction. They are:

  • Drakk Stonehand in Aerie Peak (The Hinterlands) (/way 13.4, 43.4).
  • Hahrana Ironhide in Camp Mojache (Feralas) (/way 74.4, 43.0).

225-300 Item Requirements

You will need the following items to go from 225 to 300 in leatherworking. Note that if some skill ups fail, you may need slightly more than these. We recommend if you have the extra gold, to grab an extra stack of each just in case.
